Reservation Policies

Minimum Stay: A two night minimum stay is required during Special Events. Arrangements can also be made for corporate guests.

Advanced Deposit: To avoid disappointment, advanced reservations are recommended. Within five business days of booking, a deposit of the first night’s rate or 50% of the entire booking (not including the 11% PA Lodging Tax) must be received or your reservation for accommodations will be cancelled.

Balance Due: The Balance Due on confirmed reservations is to be paid at Check-in by cash or check.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: The advance deposit will be refunded in full

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit
No shows forfeit deposit and will be charged for total days reserved.

Miscellaneous Policies

Check-In: Check-in is after 4pm each afternoon. Although we prefer that all guests arrive by 7pm, if travel plans require you to arrive later please call to let us know the time you expect to arrive.

Check-Out: Check-out time is before 11am each morning.

Smoke-free Policy: For the health and safety of Our Fair Lady guests and staff, the bed and breakfast, porches and grounds are completely smoke-free.

Children: We regret that our bed and breakfast is not designed to be “child friendly” and is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.

Pets: In addition, we are unable to accommodate guest pets, no matter how friendly they may be.
